The main floor is a modern contemporary open space.

Wide windows provide a good ventilation to the enormous living room, the family room with bar area, the dining area, all open space, with a nice breeze for “al fresco” dinner.

This area is obviously separated from the main kitchen that is large and functional, the pantry and maid quarter.

All floors are in polished granite; ceilings are decorated with best quality of wood; the main stairs are in precious “maka” wood; all fitted furniture are built-in by a famous carpenter with the best teak wood.

One of the many peculiarities of the house is that below it has been built over a huge and consolidated excavation at ground level, creating an enormous basement surface that is well insulated from the ground with an incredible double wall, giving perfect insulation and aeration to this level.

There is a bright office with home theatre, large sliding windows; a nice area has a fitted library, a gym area, a double bedroom with bathroom and a wide storage room.
